Guía de Buenas Prácticas para la Manipulación y Liberación Segura de Fauna Marina No Objetivo Capturada en Redes de Cerco

Esta guía fue elaborada con el propósito de promover buenas prácticas en la pesquería de cerco, convirtiéndose en un esfuerzo por brindar herramientas necesarias a tripulantes, patrones, armadores y empresas que operan en esta actividad, ya sea en el ámbito industrial y/o artesanal. En dicho sentido, esta guía brinda información sobre técnicas de manipulación y liberación de algunos vertebrados marinos capturados incidentalmente por las redes de cerco. La guía incluye opciones de liberación dependiendo de la disponibilidad de herramientas dentro de la embarcación o el tipo de sistema (ej. mecánico o manual).

Namibia’s Experience on Implementation of the Voluntary Guidelines on Small-Scale Fisheries (Part 1)
