IYAFA 2022 Photo Contest

The SSF Hub recently hosted the IYAFA 2022 Photo Contest to celebrate small-scale fisheries and highlight their diversity and contributions. The photo contest included several categories to highlight the critical importance of small-scale fisheries to livelihoods and culture.

Fishing in Action

Small-scale fishers use different gears, types of vessels and unique strategies and traditions—the photos in this category celebrate the techniques, technology, innovations  and activities of fishers.

Creative Capture
