To Big To Ignore are organising a range of talks about small scale fisheries throughout this years World Oceans Week. Talks can be viewed live via a Zoom link on their website or through YouTube. http://toobigtoignore.net/opportunity/ssf-open-house/
I am particularly looking forward to a couple of talks on Friday: "New tools for SSF" with speakers from the CAFISHAMN project (how the spatial activities of SSF interact with marine habitats), as well as "Towards a new social contract for SSF" - a discussion about key changes SSF have faced around the world, and what a new 'social contract' would look like.
Is anyone else attending any interesting talks or webinars during World Oceans Week?
